Scotiabank

This branch of Scotiabank are full of arrogant, condescending and sanctimonious individuals, primarily among management and the branch manager in particular.
I won’t go into the specific details of my experience here suffice to say that customer service is about as foreign to these people as a moon rock is to planet earth. You can never get a hold of anyone at this branch besides the evil voicemail, and from there you are lucky to hear back within the business day they promise.
I also disagree with the previous poster saying staff is friendly in general. Nothing but of bunch of grumpy old men and women staff this place that if they smiled would probably crack their face in two from the strain. It’s my view that Scotiabank in general needs to seriously start getting serious about their commitment to excellent service which is nothing but an empty shell of a mantra not worth the paper it’s printed on.

The staff here are so friendly and helpful. I actually go out of my way to go into the bank during business hours rather than making deposits at the ATM.
