Great honest mechanics. I don’t have a Landrover however they have taken care of our car and minivan for many years. When they tell you something needs to be fixed you can trust they are telling you the honest truth.

I originally, found them to be open and honest. But found later that you have to always check your repairs no matter how great they seem. Same here. Make sure you check your repairs and top ups, you could be unfortunately surprised.

Well what can I say… my business partner’s wife and two daughters were traveling in the U.S. and had a problem with their 2006 Land Rover LR3 with flashing codes on the instrument cluster. They were able to get to Coquitlam on a Friday afternoon and we tried a number of shops to see if we could have the car inspected on Saturday. Most shops were closed but we found a shop in Port Moody that indicated they can scan and read the code errors and make the necessay corrections. Well you guessed it, they can scan and replaced a number of parts and had trouble removing some of the parts… bottom line after $ 1483.00 it still did not work correctly. I had called Rovalution on Monday AM first thing to see if they could squeeze us in and explained our situation of trying to get the family back to Calgary. I spoke with Bochon and he spoke with Don MacDonald the owner and explained our situation. They both agreed to squeeze us in even though they were very booked that day and for the week.
When we arrived Chrisma from Customer Service greeted us warmly and we introduced outselves. She recorded our information and a copy of our previous bill as a benchmark on what was completed previously. Throughout the process the entire team was most professional and answered our questions as things moved along. In essence, the vehicle was scanned, a previously O2 sensor was replaced as defective even through it was suppose to be a new one and they suggested the car computer may reset itself and we may have to come back. Sure enough the instrument cluster showed faults again and we returned on Tuesday. The team worked through the challenges and keep us informed as things moved along. They rechecked all the parts from the previous repair to see if they were within specifications and reset the computer after 3 test drives.
All in all, an excellent experience and a valuable lesson learned… if you have a Land Rover with a computer system and dash board faults are showing you need the expertise of a good Land Rover shop because they pay the addition fees for the latest software from Land Rover and can adjust your car’s computer. A regular shop cannot do that even through they indicate their machine reads the codes… it is the extensive data base within Land Rover and approved shops that have paid these additional fees that have all the necessary software plus first hand field experience to make the necessary adjustments. As of this morning they are happily on their way back to Calgary thanks to the team at Novalution… thanks just not seem to be enough when a family is on holidays, broken down and feeling helpless… if you have a newer Land Rover which needs repair or a classic as there were many at the shop, please, give the group at Rovalution a call or drop in for a chat, you will not be disappointed…

They know how to fix Land Rovers, but they know nothing about customer service.
Was very disappointed with these guys, despite the reputation they have. They over-​charge and point out faults in a vehicle without fixing them (even when these fixes are free and would take 1 minute of their time).
You do not get the impression that they have any interest in saving you money, or doing what is in your best interest.
My recommendation would be to visit Silk Cat or Hesp Automotive in North Vancouver, where you will find more integrity and less gouging.

First rate service. I can’t say enough about how nice it is to be treated like my business is important to them. They are always straight forward when diagnosing my truck. Honest, first rate service, excellent quality parts and workmanship. I would HIGHLY recommend them.
