NAPA AutoPro Cap & Marine Service has been providing automotive repair and service on the North Shore for the past 30 years. Our facility was previously part of the Petro Canada «Certigard» brand, becoming a NAPA AutoPro in 2010.

We purchased their VIP package, where you pay $ 100 and the coupon is good for a year, so you don’t have to pay for services like oil and lubes, or brakes inspections or maintainance etc. for one full year, or so they said. I just called to get the oil and lube using the VIP coupon, but they still would charge me $ 50 ! He said you still have to pay for the oil and the filter, but the labour is free. I checked Midas Muffler and they charge $ 42 for a full oil and lube plus labour for that, so its certainly weird how Napa charges MORE when I have already paid for the VIP package and its supposed to be cheap. Don’t buy the VIP package whatever you do. I would never go here again for any regular work.

Highly recommend this place. Seems to be under new ownership and they really went the extra mile for us.
I had my Bmw brakes and rotors changed here for less than half the cost. I was quoted over 1200 at Bmw for just the front 2 tires!!!
BMW is still the «ultimate driving machine» but they will ultimately hit your wallet as well. They significantly raised their prices for brakes recently. Don’t waste your time and money at the dealership!

Such a great help!
After the end of a long work week (7 days in a row) my check engine light came on. I was practically in tears because it was the last thing I needed… I reached out to them via Twitter and they were very accommodating. They managed to squeeze me in at the end of the day… and turns out I just need a new gas cap! The guys were nothing but polite and friendly. I will be back when I need some help again.

Their manager Meb is one of those managers who lies to your face. Customer service is like «go find a better place if you think we’re not good». Never again.
