We specialize in Muaythai, Muay Boran, Muay Chaiya, kickboxing, dutch style kick boxing, boxing, fitness, kids and youth martial arts, kids self defence, antibullying, Gracie and Brazilian jiu-jitsu, cross conditioning fitness classes for core, agility, strength and weight loss for ages 6 and up and for men, women and children. Group and private classes.

History
Established in 1997.
KB-One founder Mehdi Pouroskoui established KB-One in 1997. Kru Mehdi has 30 years of martial arts experience and 18 years of teaching experience and has trained and fought in Thailand, Canada and the US. KB-One has a state-of-the-art facility with 30-foot ceilings, full matted floor and a professional boxing ring. It is equipped with weight-training equipment, cardio machines, heavy bags, Thai pads, focus mitts, hook & upper wall bags, medicine balls, a speed ball, pro shop and juice bar. All KB-One staff is certified in teaching Muay Thai.
In 2015 Kru Mehdi was presented with his Masters Certificate in Muay Boran, the ancient combat art of Thailand. Kru Mehdi introduced Muay Boran classes to KB-One in March 2015.

Business Owner
Mehdi is a 3 times Muay Thai world champion and as over 30 years of martial arts experience, has trained and fought in Thailand, and has over 18 years of teaching experience. The academy has developed local and international champions over the years, with certified assistant instructors who have a full knowledge of teaching.
