History

Established in 2000.

Our wine knowledge includes 14 yrs of winemaking experience in North Vancouver.

David Bataille (owner/operator) apprenticed under Salvatore Crescenzo and Don Isaak, where he learned traditional Italian skills accompanied by contemporary scientific winemaking knowledge. His passion for winemaking is also derived from his French ancestors where he had traveled through France to enjoy some of the finest wines of the world. After 4 years of apprenticeship, David started cork it winemaking in November of 2000. At the age of 32, he has successfully run his north shore business for over 9 years and has worked abroad as a consultant in Beijing and Wudalianchi, China.

As a proud small business owner, David hopes to enrich his dynamic community with his love for the art of winemaking.
