Avalon Spa & Wellness Centre

This is a total rip off. The website and reception advertise specials but they no longer accept them. She couldn’t remember my name though I told her, jasmine, three times wi 10mins as I was making my reservation. She’s trying to push product rather than provide service that you’ve agreed upon. We made an appointment for 4pm. When I show up, no ones there to welcome me in the reception. She shows up 10 minutes late. Gives me instructions without asking what my needs are then walks off. It turns out she tells me she still has another client. Wtf??? Then why did she give me an appt for 4pm? I sat down to to complete the firms in this cramped uncomfortable y space. Then decided to walk out. If people don’t respect clients then I’m not giving them my hard earned money.

Honestly, Alannah is the best massage therapist. I found out about Avalon Spa from my coworkers. I had tried a good 8 – 9 therapists but just couldn’t find the right combination of great RMT (80% covered by my health care), the right personality and someone who intuitively knows what you need. I think Alannah can just tell by your demeanour what the best treatment is. I’ve been a customer for 3 years and go once a month. My chronic pain in my should and lower back have disappeared. I wish I would have discovered Avalon Spa 10 years. I’m just grateful I did.
