I’ve bought a road bike and a mountain bike here in the past and have always trusted Wayne and Rob’s knowledge and honesty. I’d been thinking of buying a multi-purpose bike before summer but, didn’t know what type of bike(if any) would do what I wanted on road as well as trail riding, although I knew a hybrid wasn’t what I wanted. Wayne stayed past closing time to help me.(I’d arrived late because I’d dropped in for a quick look since I wasn’t ready to buy). He was extremely helpful and after listening to the type of riding I want to do, he suggested a Trek dual-sport. Since I wasn’t familiar with this newer type of bike, he agreed when I suggested I’d research it online at home. After doing so, I discovered that he was right… it would be the perfect bike. Rather than wait, I went in the next day and bought it from Rob who patiently helped with my specific list of accessories(some will be ordered in and will arrive in a few days and they’ll install them all). Great service! Thanks, guys!

I went to this store today to look for a toddler bike seat or bike trailer. They had both in stock as floor models. The middle aged male sales rep was outright RUDE! He said that for«their» customers he would give a good deal on either product because it’s open and not brand new, they want to get rid of it and it takes up too much space. He said the deal is only open for his shop customers, and only when the person is ready to buy. He repeated this a few times and pretty much told me that I’m not a customer– this is a great way to lose a new customer. He then also said«if someone is not serious about buying and is humming and hawing they should go somewhere else and hum and haw» and then he made a hand motion as if he was shooing someone away. The female sales rep with the dreadlocks was helpful but lacked customer service skills. When I asked a question she answered quickly and continued doing the product pricing. There is a complete LACKOFUNDERSTANDING of what customer service is at this place. Was not worth my time, I am buying a bike and toddler seat but WILLNOT go back here. The 2nd female sales rep was VERY helpful. She even took my 2 year old daughter and me and showed us toddler helmets and what a good fit is, and she answered all my questions promptly and was very knowledgeable. Kudos to that sales rep for being so great!

We buy all our bikes here. There’s 5 of us in the family and I work close to this store. We’re not pros but we sure like these guys and their service. They know what they’re doing and are passionate about their work. I honestly wouldn’t trust anyone like I do these guys to be honest and give me the straight goods. I wonder if some of the other comments are from people who know very little about bikes but still insist on telling a professional how to do their job. I found that so laughable!

Certified snob store. We went here to get a cheap bike a tune up. I don’t think they offer such a thing. Were constantly trying to upsale us. They then called us to tell us they had found more things wrong. The total repairs would cost more than the bike had brand new. We declined and just asked for what we had originally requested. We got it back and it was the same but with a few new parts we had to pay for because they were«broken» when we brought the bike in. The bike still didn’t work and they said they wouldn’t stand behind their work because we didn’t do all the repairs they had suggested. Never in a million years will I go here again. I would rather try fixing it myself for all the good they did.

My husband loves to cycle and there was a clothing sale on here so he had to go and of course drag me with him. As ew had the dogs we took turns going into the store so that the other could be outside with the pooches as we looked. This cap’s is smaller or so it seems, that the one in New West and the staff I encountered were definitely not as friendly. I won’t go out of my way to go here unless the husband wants to. Honestly, it wouldn’t be my first choice.
