Sofa delivered in a big way on our ecommerce project. Every time we had suggestions on making the project better, the Web team — especially Serge Gingras came up with a solution that was elegant, user-​friendly and built on our ideas to continually improve the project in ways we hadn’t imagined possible. The result is an ecommerce solution that is above and beyond what we dreamed it could be.

I’m not changing my star-​rating of this company or my thoughts about it at all but I should let people know that Sofa Communications is under new management and has gone out of their way in an attempt to resolve the bad experience I had with them. A gesture that is much appreciated and deserves to be shared with the Unilocal community.
