Having had challenges in the past, when shipping items to Canada, I decided to ask questions first this time. (I know. What a concept!)
UPS stores have a lot of experience with Customs and I figured one in Niagara Falls was a shoe in. I was thinking NY as I had spent several weeks in that area. However, when I typed in Niagara Falls, another one popped up in Ontario. OK, even better.
A quick check of my questions and I was good to go. Should avoid any brush with grief, now. And know who to call if I do have surprises. Thank you.

I was visiting there and I found this sweet gift for my brother. It was a little oddly shaped and I was trying to figure out how I was going to get it to him. I didn’t have room in my car to travel back home with it so I decided to run over to the UPS store.
I got there and was like «Help!» Sunny was right there. He was very knowledgeable about my shipping options and helped me pick the right method and saved me a some money too. He quickly found the right packaging for my gift, and did a superb job packing it for me to make sure it didn’t get damaged or break.
All in all it was a great experience and if I am ever up there again and need to ship something I will use this UPS store. Hopefully Sunny will be there :)

A ups store had most things you need for your business or shipping needs. Nothing new there.
But, what makes this one special is the owner and the staff.
If you’re looking for any business service, stop here after you’ve been to other places and get a quote. Sunny will beat any other service in town.
