Lovely Bed & Breakfast just 5 minutes from the Falls. We went up for Labor Day weekend and didn’t want to spend an outrageous amount on local hotels and stay in the midst of the busy tourist section so we looked for a B&B instead. Glad we did! This place was charming, quiet and comfortable and located within walking distance of the«Wego» bus that took us into all the main attractions. Our B&B hosts, Tom and Val, were lovely people. Breakfast was warm and inviting and the homemade cranberry bread was heavenly! The rooms were cozy and very clean. Nice thick sheets and very thick soft towels. Tom was great about giving us information on all the local attractions and where to eat to avoid the crowds and get the best prices. Just an FYI: They did ask all the guests to remove their shoes at the door, which I was ok with, but definitely good to know ahead of time! :) Great visit! Felt like we were staying with friends. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them!

What a fantastic stay with such nice hosts! We stayed a night here during our Niagara Falls leg of our trip, and Tom and Val(the owners) gave us such a nice experience. The rooms are very clean, comfortable and quiet. I felt like we were treated like friends or family. The breakfast in the morning was one of the best ever — a full homemade English breakfast! They even made a French press carafe of decaf special for me since I can’t drink regular coffee. When it rained the next day, they let us borrow one of their umbrellas for our walk to the falls. The next time we come to Niagara Falls, we’ll most certainly stay here again. We highly recommend this B&B for your stay in Niagara Falls!

Wow! All I can say is that I am glad I made a last minute decision to stay at Niagara Falls and experience my first real bed & breakfast place. — great hospitality and friendly owners — the rooms are spotless! — very affordable price! — best home made breakfast ever! I can taste the love and passion that went into it! — within walking distance to Niagara Falls The owners are so sweet that they do not have a problem picking you up and dropping you off to and from the transportation station which is about 5 minutes away. If you use the greyhound, it’s only a short 4 minute walk to the B&B. I also heard that they will package your stuff and mail it to you in case you leave anything there. Now to find a reason to be back here again even after visiting the falls! :P
