Service here sucks! My husband and I got 2 full meals and I asked for ketchup and the lady gave us 1 packet! We also only got 2 napkins. We had to back to the counter 4 times to keep asking for things cause they are so damn stingy. I’ll never visit this location again while I’m in Niagara!

Awful service. The owner was rude and unpleasant. Owner looked like I was robbing her dry when I asked for a small cup of water. We were charged extra for sauce after ordering 9 pieces of chicken. Tables were dirty. I would avoid this place at all cost.

NO STARS. You wait forever. No one speaks English and when we got home we had fish not chicken. Had to go back. If we didn’t already pay for it we wouldnt have bothered. Not to mention they were so nice to let us keep the fish we wont eat (to smell up my garbage) with the cold fries and biscuit to go with me surprisingly warm chicken tenders.

Bad service! Staffs barely speaks English. Slow service. Place not even clean. They don’t accept their own Corporate Coupons.

The food is cold, the people behind the counter are miserable. They mess up your order and refuse to give you a refund. Drive into St. Catharines, it’s a much better Popeyes! As for Ambience, there is no «dumpy» selection.

Left a review few days ago but it’s gone. well here it is:
This place does not deserve any star. Found little strand of hair in my chicken, and told this manager that I found a hair. She acted cheap and threw new pieces of chicken into the plate. I told her that I dont want the chicken, and gave me a dirty look. Later on, the guy manager or the owner came out from the kitchen and said «what do you want?» whoa whoa I don’t want your dirt cheap chicken. If you want your business keep running, behave yourself.
