I think Unilocal rating system needs more identifiers because it is not fair to loop other 1 stars in with this place. We went there for an extended family meal. Before our meals came out we would wait 10 minutes to get a refill/​new drink. When the meals finally came out they didn’t bring 1 persons food at our table, he had to wait 15 minutes while the rest of us ate. The service for drinks was so bad we went up and started buying them at the bar. I ordered the chicken quesadilla with potatoes. While the quesadilla wasn’t bad, the potatoes were so dry I had to spit it out because I had no drink to wash it down with.
The mens wash room was disgusting. The only stall available didnt latch shut, they were out of soap, the cold water tap was broken, there was holes in the walls and wads of paper stuck to the ceiling. Easily the worst wash room I’ve been in, in years.
When we wanted to leave we had 1 couple just go to the bar to pay and actually had to track our waitress down to get out of the dump.
