12 Tin Cupcakery

Clearly John C sits at home watching too much W Network if he thinks the cupcake girls created the first and only cupcake shop! (a show that creates interest by showcasing the immature employees!)
The cupcakes at 12tin are amazing! They bake them fresh in store every day and they are preservative-​free (also unlike cupcake girls, who have all of their icing and batter shipped from Vancouver). Not to undermine the cupcakes created by Heather and Lori, they are delicious, but unless you are in Vancouver, there is no comparison. I’ve had cupcakes there, New York, LA, but 12tin cupcakery never fails to surpass all of my cupcake expectations! As John mentioned, the icing is PERFECT, so smooth and not overly sweet, and the cake is moist and dense. Not living in the Niagara region, I still look forward to seeing the amazing and innovative «wild card» cupcake the shop comes up with every morning! I suppose living a bit further makes me look forward to them more, AND saves me from gaining 50lbs on cupcake overload!
Definitely a must try!
