Recognizing the need for professional services in the field, Nicole Martin — ²⁴⁄₇ Consulting, was established in 2011 to address issues such as: Aggressive Behaviour, Bullying or Mobbing, Inappropriate Conduct, Workplace Harassment and Workplace Violence. In addition to the full list of services offered, the business was also created with a goal to provide a variety of training and educational opportunities to both communities and law enforcement alike. Nicole Martin is a Behaviour Analyst & Rehabilitation Counsellor, who will work with your organizations Management, its Security and or Investigation divisions, Crisis Management Team, Human Resource Department and a full network of potential outside resources such as Social Services, Health & Psychology Professionals, and Law Enforcement Agencies in order to identify a company’s risk and potential areas of liability as it relates to the unwanted actions of an individual or group, including workplace violence. And then assist in setting out goals, corrective action and staff training.
