Do not recommend this place. We bought car from here, as soon I drove of the lot, the rear view mirror fell of. When I tried putting it back on, I realized it was installed upside downn (?!). Dangerous. Wouldn’t go back on.
So next day, back to New West. They had to put in a whole new windshield, so I drop of the car and get a crappy loaner. Day after that, I went back to pick up the car and when I get home, I noticed there is glass everywhere in the car. They obviously broke the windshield while trying to fix it…
Then I put in new floormats and I notice two massive holes in the car underneath the mats! They don’t go all the way through, but they are big. As if someone drilled right through it. Not too long after that, the car needed a 1000 $ repair (flexpipe). The shop who fixed it told us the whole bottom of the car was rusted. I did get extended warranty (payed extra) but ofcourse… not covered.
My mistake for not getting it inspected by an independant mechanic, but still… So much for ‘inspection’ on their side.
Just don’t buy a car here or if you do make sure you get it inspected by a reliable mechanic (but then you will be spending extra).

Renny at Winston Auto Group is great at listening to what you want and figuring out the right car for you. There’s no pressure, prices are good, and you pay the price on the sticker. The only add-​ons are taxes and optional warranty extensions. There are precious few honest dealers out there, but the folks at Winston are totally above board and will make sure the car is in perfect working order before you take it off the lot. I am totally impressed and will send everyone I know to them.
