Despite the bad reviews, I’ve grown to like this Timmy’s location.
There’s nothing like an ice cold cappuccino after a long day of school.
Note: I haven’t used the washroom in the store though, and since I only order iced capps, I don’t have to wait very long for my order.
That said, I quite fancy this place.
3.5÷5 stars.

This has to be the worst location I’ve ever been in, a bunch of lazy employees standing around talking and when they are working they are so dam slow. They should hire all retired seniors the service level would improve 100%.

I like this location but now i don’t, the smell smells like the whole restaurant is a bathroom, it’s disgusting, it made me feel nausea and sickening, a few months and it didn’t, ewwwwwww.

Tim’s used to be a great place to pick up something quick with a reasonable price .
this Tim’s never has enough staff on, food is way over priced for the pre made in some factory frozen shipped across the country, then thawed and served to you. always fresh my ass. Tim’ s has become the worst coffee place in the country. if i could of given 0 stars i would of. hell starbucks is better thats not saying much. BTW if you have a bus connection to make don’t stop here 8 out of ten will miss their bus due to the slow service, Bad service worse food,

1 sammich, 1 coffee, 20 minutes. I understand this location is new, but with 2 Starbucks within 30 seconds walking distance this Timmys needs to get it’s act together real quick.

Newly opened Tim Hortons, Nov 30, 2012. Currently offers wifi and accepting cash only. I suspect their sales terminals not set up as they are newly opened.
If you’re a Tim Hortons fan this is a great new addition to the Plaza Shops.
