Pizza Hut

Order took significantly longer than the given estimate. The delivery guy did not apologize for being late. Filled out the customer service complaint asking to be contacted. Never heard back.

The last two times I have ordered from pizza hut online they have screwed up my order. The first time I pressed an incorrect topping button and I tried to call right away to change it. I was still on hold when the pizza arrived and just gave up and took the pizza they brought me. The drinks I ordered were wrong. The second time the drinks were wrong again. I spent over half an hour on hold and was transferred three times trying to ask for it to be fixed.

Worst service ever. Slow and don’t answer the phone. They made me type the amount in to the debit machine myself.

Shoot… should’ve looked here before ordering! Rarely do you need to for a «franchise» I came here to winge about how I ordered a pizza online and it took an hour to get to me. Looks like I’ll just heap this horrible review onto the pile of others for this place!

Lunch time they have the $ 3.99 personal pan pizza combo. Pop is $. 30 less you can opt out of the pop. However other locations reduce your price by $. 80 so this location takes advantage of you. Pickup is very slow. Staff don’t seemingly care. Not recommended if at all possible. I’d suggest writing pizza hut national on this location.

Just ordered online from Pizza Hut (this location), here’s the short story:
Delivery guy showed up, only text me, instead of using the buzzer # provided or calling me like a normal human being. Obviously I’m not waiting on a text message. Phoned Pizza Hut after waiting an hour, they said the driver was here, and left ’cause nobody was home. I’ve been home all day, it’s New Years Day.
Don’t know what is going on at this location, but man, who just sends a text and then leaves?
Use the buzzer # provided, or call the phone # provided.
Terrible service. Wouldn’t give these guys a nickel or accept the order if they tried to redeliver.

Called to order a pizza, I’m vegan so normally I just order veggie pizza loaded with veggies and no cheese. I’ve had bad experience in the past twice with the pizza here being not very good, once half the toppings had slid off the pizza and another time they sent me cracker crust when I asked for regular. I thought I’d give them another chance. Called, and the first guy on the phone didn’t seem to understand a word I was saying, he put me on hold, after a five minute hold a girl picks up. Its still hard to understand what is being said, the girl is speaking very fast and she sounds very quiet, I ask her some questions and she’s very rude with me when I ask her to repeat herself when I can’t hear her. After I put my order in she quotes me $ 25, then I say I’m paying debit she quotes me $ 30. I’m not paying $ 30 for one veggie pizza. I ask if they have any deals they only have an option to add on another pizza for $ 5, that’s a pretty good deal but I don’t need another pizza. I cancel my order. After reading the other reviews on here (especially the one about mice droppings) I’m glad that I dodged a bullet.

So now for an update.
I’ve ordered 3x from this place and I’ve had problems ²⁄₃ times. Tonight’s pizza did not look or taste like Pizza Hut pizza. There was very little sauce and the flavours did not coincide with the pizzas I ordered from the $ 22.99 2 medium deal. If I spend over $ 30 on take out I want it to meet standards and will not settle for anything less. The manager didn’t believe my story about the bad tasting pizza and reluctantly wanted to send 2 more out as replacements. I do not need 4 pizzas, who does? I just want it right.
Anyway, I will not be ordering from this establishment for many months judging from my first experiences. I will try again in the summer.

I came here for an interview, I found out that there were multiple mice traps set up all around the place. The employees said that they would drop food on the mouse infested floor’s pick it up and put it on the pizza. They laughed about it and said when they want to make their own pizza they use the real ingrediences and told me not to buy their food as a customer… ewww omg I noticed the guy above joe b. saw rat droppings in their pizza I wouldn’t be surprised lol

I know it’s Pizza Hut, but even with my expectations not all that high, I was disappointed. Firstly, even though we made it very clear on the phone that we wanted to pay Visa, they marked down cash and so the driver showed up without his machine (why would he even be without it?). Then I looked at my pizza to find that they were very cheap/​lazy with putting the tomatoes on my pizza… it was pretty sad looking. And then I discovered that my $ 9 box of 10 wings only had 9 wings in it. These aren’t cheap wings AND they ripped me off.
