PLEASE AVOID buying anything from this store. They have absolutely the worst costumer service you could imagine. At first they will be all happy towards you, make deals with you (e.g. free hemmng, alterations, this, that etc.) but the moment you buy their stuff, they go back on their words. Not just this, the store manager Kim is the a pathological liar… She will say some thing and not do it, and argue she never said it. (I have been in numerous conversation with her, including her staff for so many things). If you are YOUNG, she will impose her views on you and discriminate your age. She has said to me «you are young, you dont know what you want, you don’t have experience.» Every time I go in, I always have to grab my own dress myself. There is nobody to help assist put on dresses etc. there is always a line up (even if you make an appointment! Dumbest system ever). Lastly, they will do anything to get your money, they don’t care about «why» you are buying the dress which they care more whatever it takes to get money from you. Please avoid getting anything from this store. My friends and I have dealt so many unnecessary stress because of them.

I purchased my dress from here. Had to sign up on Unilocal because i felt like this place was worth a good review. was at Sposa (which their customer service is the worst of all the places i’ve been to. Through email, on the phone bad service– went in person anyways and same thing.) and left walking down the streets, thinking i’d find nothing for prom. Took a peak into this store and saw they had some unique dresses and decided to go in. 1^st. so friendly! Lady with pink hair greeted us. Other associates working were so cute and helpful when you’d ask. If you are sensitive to smells, i’d be cautious because they had alot of candles burning; it was nice but if you are sensitive it might not be good for you. Seems personal and family owned business. If you are worried about another girl having the same dress, I think youre pretty safe– the dress you order are made to order in WHATEVER colour you want! so many designs too. Ladies personally sew each and every diamond and bead, no cookie cutter dresses here. The other review someone posted with 1 star confuses me because their customer service was awesome and so many dresses up and downstairs, ive been to davids bridal to look and in my opinion the dresses are boring. Good prices here at nuvo and suits by tim. only paid 450 for a beautiful gown! If youre looking for a place that doesnt have pushy intimidating sales ladies come here. Im so happy with my purchase. Happy to support local Chinese businesses also.
