Established in 2010.
Matt earned his real estate license at the start of 2010 and almost immediately partnered with long time local agent, Gerard (Gerry) Major. Gerry mentored Matt for 2 years then went into semi-retirement while Matt ran the business and leverage Gerry’s help in the busier times. The high volume of deals he closed in those few years gave him a thorough knowledge of the product mix in New West and the market conditions. Gerry retired fully at the end of 2013 and trusted his business to Matt.
Today Matt continues to run the business on a platform of integrity, honesty, and expert local knowledge.
Matt’s personal real estate business is still building momentum in New West. Clients today can expect to see him going strong and deeply involved with the community many years from now.
