Nice building. Chairs are barbaric in the classroom. They’re super hard and cheap. Back pain is not uncommon. Instructors need to appreciate the issue with the chairs. Cafeteria is tiny but not expensive. It’s very challenging and dangerous to make a left turn onto 8th Ave West from the parking lot. Parking lot is free and gets full some days.

The Justice Institute of B.C. (JIBC) Is an educational institute which trains all municipal police officers, correctional officers, sheriffs, firemen, paramedic, probation officers, court clerks and other Justice officials in British Columbia. It has an international reputation and also trains Public Safety officials from Saudi Arabia, Hong Kong, United Arab Emirates and other jurisdictions. In addition the JIBC offers courses in social justice, drug and alcohol counseling, aboriginal leadership and conflict resolution among other topics.

Roughly once a week my Mary Kay unit has a Success Meeting here. I like it because it’s a nice place and close to home. As we are usually here in the evenings I have met a few of the cleaning staff and they are very friendly and nice.
Since it is a school, it looks like it would be a great place for higher education and I have had friends that have done their Justice training here and they said it’s a great place to learn.

Beautiful venue. I went here for a church service– but it is definitely a great place. Energy feels good!
