Terrible terrible customer service! I went in specifically for the clearance sale that was going on. Sale tags were only on half the toddler girls shirts that were supposed to be on clearance. I asked the lady and she said they are all on clearance with a additional 30% off. So at the register NOTHING was ringing up the correct price. The cashiers response«with a snotty attitude» «well only certain colors must be on sale. or well I’m not sure why that’s on sale and not that. you must be lucky or something» wtf? Is the stuff on sale or not? I’ve never in my life seen a store list 9 out of 10 colors of the same shirt on sale because the 10th color is popular. I asked for a manager to come and explain. Her response was I’m only getting items that are marked on sale and ran off like I was bothering her. Needless to say I left half of the items there that I wanted. I will never shop in this store EVER. If I could give 0 starts I would!

Shopping trips recently have reminded me of when I used to shop in middle school. Old Navy has really stepped up its game recently in offering affordable clothes and accessories that are practical and fashionable. I love their selection of active wear; while not as top end quality in fabric as lululemon or Nike, unless you’re sweating buckets every workout, these tops/bottoms will work just fine. Plus, there’s always sales and deals, so you probably will never pay full sticker price! Just for comparison, a pair or Reebok ¾ leggings were 60 $ from the Bay; at old Navy spent the same amount(after taxes!) and got similar pants, and 3 workout tops! #smartandsavyshopper My other fav part about the store is the random assortment of Tupperware and electronic stuff(ie power banks and adapters) near the cash — also way cheaper! Def a change for the better in recent years as the retail scene shifts from brand names to trendy and affordable!
