History
Established in 2006.
A combination of several years in retail/customer service and experience as scuba divers led to our desire to open Sink or Swim Scuba. Our philosophy and goals haven’t changed over the years, we offer PADI scuba lessons taught by outstanding dive professionals.
Our standard for quality scuba, swim and snorkel gear and equipment for your safety and enjoyment has always been top priority for us and always will be.
We wanted to create a community where divers could meet other divers, join in group dives and scuba events and create a home base for divers to enjoy and share their underwater hobby with like minded individuals.
Meet the Business Owner
Shelagh R.
Business Owner
Moved to Nanaimo with her husband Ray R. in 1989. The two of them have each worked in the retail/service industry for 30 years. Both began diving in Nanaimo. Shelagh has her PADI Dive master certification and Ray has his PADI Master Scuba Diver Trainer certification.
