Nanaimo Paradise Tours… meets passengers off cruise ships for a 3.5 hr tour of The City of Nanaimo. Sandwiches, Nanaimo Bars & water provided as we venture through a salmon run park, amazing vistas, time for shopping. Fully narrated and specialize in small groups/​families 4 to 6 people. For groups of six we can customize an adventure that you may want to see and experience from bungee jump, zip lines, hiking around some of our 7 lakes, visit Coombs, giant cedars, grand waterfalls. History

Established in 2008.

I was a senior flight attendant for 34 years and when I retired a year later decided to create a new tour company meeting cruise ships. I completed a Tour Guide/​Manager course at the International Guide Academy in Denver Colorado in 2000 to certify myself for this great adventure. The new Nanaimo Cruise terminal is 3 years old and expect a large increase of ships to visit Nanaimo in the near future.

Business Owner

I was born in Toronto and began my flying career when I was 20 exploring all areas of the world. I had an opportunity to be based in Honolulu to fly the South Pacific also had a temporary posting in Mexico City where I flew to South America. In 1995 I transferred to Vancouver where I spent the remainder of my career. In 2002 I moved to Nanaimo and commuted to Vancouver until I retired in 2007. I call it paradise here as it truly is a beauitful area to live.
