We understand island culture because we live here too. (That’s where we got our name: this island is 460 kilometres long.) As locals, we know and love this place from one end to the other. Matt Schiebel and his twin brother Clayton were born in Nanaimo. Matt has spent most of his life here and considers Vancouver Island a great place to call home. After traveling abroad, to Australia and Central America, Matt realized how lucky we are to be able to live in, truly, the most beautiful place on earth.

Following in his father’s footsteps was «the easiest decision he has ever made». Matt has been able to learn the skills necessary to create remarkable results in a very short period of time. Now, in his seventh year as a REALTOR®, and as a proud member of the 460 Realty team, Matt has brought a young and enthusiastic approach to marketing clients’ properties.
