«Material Things» in Nanaimo is the worst seamstress. Not only did she do a hack job on my daughter’s prom dress, she laughed and me and said it wasn’t her fault and that I wasn’t getting my money back. I don’t care about the money. It would have been nice if she were reputable enough to admit when she made a mistake and offer to fix it somehow or at least apologize.
