No offense, but I was just not impressed. I give it three stars because I dont think it was«bad» but the value was just not there, for the most part. In fairness, I am quite hooked on the creativity, quality, exemplary service and atmosphere of Nori Sushi. Side by side, the amount of food and quality of individual ingredients is just not on the same level. 10 $ roll here is half the sheer amount of food you get at Nori(not to mention, the Nori roll may be twice as complex) and twice as expensive as what you would pay in the little sushi shacks in vancouver for the same little roll. I tried the rainbow roll, among others, and the center was about the size of A chopped scallop(singular) whereas in Vancouver, I’ve had Rainbow roll about the same price but quadruple the filling and toppings. That said, there was grilled food coming out that smelled amazing. But its not what I order normally. I don’t doubt they have heavy overhead here, but it’s not measuring up. Too bad, I’d love to support my local restaurants but alas, I will head north without hesitation next time.

Delicious sushi and assorted Japanese Izakaya items. Great selection. Very authentic.
