History

Established in 2007.

This business was purchased in 2007 by Tom Lozza and Alex Iiormetti. It was just about down the tubes when we bought it. We worked out of my garage for the first few months then found our current location. We have been at 1938 Northfield Rd for almost 6 years. The business has turned around 10 fold with 3 divisions currently in operation. Retail, manufacturing and commercial cleaning. We pride our business on being local. We source as close to home as possible and only source off island when we absolutely have to. Our new addition is our Janitors Store. Not just for janitors, but for those who are serious about cleaning. If we don’t have it. We’ll find it for you. Drop in. You’ll like us. You’ll really really like us.

After 35 years in the food and beverage industry I thought it may be time for a change. A guy was sittting at my bar drowning his sorrows in his beer complaining about how he hated his business. As I poured him another beer he told me about this business. It peaked my interest because it was something new and something I had never done before. I asked him if he would be willing to sell it. He looked really surprised that some one would want to buy his failing business. Long story short. I bought it 7 days later and am now one of the leaders in business in Naniamo. Out of food and beverage too.
