I went for a tuina massage today. Very authentic Chinese style, though maybe a little bit harsh for Canadiens. But in short it’s quite efficient, especially for people sit all day. Also, they only accept cash, but there is a RBC nearby.

I don’t know that I’ll realistically be in Montréal too often, but I felt compelled to write a review. As I often do, for either a really bad place or a really good one.
I am studying to be a doctor, and I hope I can have a keen eye for the musculoskeletal anatomy like Tina does. I should have asked her what her background was. Basically, I’ve been having significant neck and lower back pain due to constant reading, studying and running. I have seen chiropractors more than a few times, but there are only a few good ones and even those seem to be ineffectual.
She correctly diagnosed the problems I was having just by looking at me – just as a good chiropractor would — but her massage actually helped. It is clean and relaxing in there, which is all well and good, but I think you should go for the healing.
I have to go home, but I will be trying out massage therapy from now on! Merci!
