–The ‘Q’ serves 67,000 kilos of beef a year, that’s 804 tons of Beef in 12 years.

–The ‘Q’ is still the ONLY restaurant in Canada that Dry-​ages USDA Prime Beef on premises

–The ‘Q’ shucks an average of 59,200 oysters per year, … that’s more than 700,000 oysters in 12 years (that’s a lot of shucking!)

–The ‘Q’ serves 146,000 lbs of potatoes per year, that equals 576 short tons of potatoes in 12 years.

–The ‘Q’ has sold more than 8,000 white chocolate cheesecakes per year which is 17 tons of white chocolate … and 12 tons of dark chocolate in 12 years

–The ‘Q’ sells 5,200 Cigars a year and has ONE of only two Steakhouse Cigar Bars in Montréal.
