History
Established in 2011.
Owner Costa Pavlou and Joanna Chery shared a vision for establishing the first and only phyllo-bar in Montréal. Costa’s uncle is a professional phyllo pastry chef, a trade he learned from a young age. Uncle Thomas was born in the northern province of Macedonia, Greece where he learned to roll and toss the phyllo by hand. The family recipe is still made the very same way as it has been for the last 40 years and we are proud to serve our loyal customers who simply… cannot get enough.
