Malgré quelques petits hics au niveau des plats, l’expérience du Sneak and Chic a été charmante, le service du personnel était courtois et le menu bien varié. En gros, je reviendrai définitivement entre copines pour une soirée urbaine et tendance. Toutefois, gare à vous! Le temps d’attente entre chaque plat pourrait vous sembler ridiculement long. We read an interesting article and headed to Pandore after making a dinner reservation. We thought there would entertainment or some sort of a fun Burlesque show, but there was NOT. We were very disappointed by this, but the bartender, Rodrigo, I think his name was, made the experience a lot more fun! He made amazing hand crafted cocktails and the food was absolutely delicious. Try the short rib! There was a DJ with some loud but good music and later apparently turns into more of a night club. Overall a good experience.

I came here for Oystermania, which I had a printout coupon for. I’ve made an online reservation but never got an email confirmation. So I’ve called to make a reservation two days prior, I told her the time + date and just ask I am about to say my name, the hostess interrupts me and says she couldn’t hear me and simply hung up. Who hangs up so abruptly in a middle of a reservation? I’ve called back right away and went straight to voicemail. So I called back again. And again. And again. ANDAGAIN. Finally she picks up after 6 calls, I placed my reservation at 10:30pm and she told me that the kitchen closes at 11pm. Good: The music, I am a fan of hip hop music, but overall it had a nice ambiance. The view. Our waitress was very sweet and the manager was courteous. I think the staff upstairs are far more experienced than the staff at the lobby. Bad: Do something about the hostess(es). I’m not sure if it’s the same person all the time, but they can definitely improve on customer service. When I arrived, it was 10:47pm and I told the hostess downstairs that I had a table for 4 at 10:30pm and that I was sorry I was late. She told me there was no table under my name. [Really? After that horrendous phone call I had to make?] So I told her that I don’t mind sitting at the bar for oyster. It’s 10:52 by now. She kept saying there is no space, we can’t honour your voucher because you’re late. I politely told her that the kitchen closes at 11pm, if I got upstairs now, I can still place my order before hand because OYSTERSDON’T NEEDCOOKING anyways. She wouldn’t budge and kept us waiting at the lobby. Another couple came in, and the hostess greets them right away. ‘We’re just here for drinks’ –Happy Couple ’Then you can go upstairs’ –Hostess She kept insisting that it was full and there were no tables available for us 4 to sit. I even said I don’t mind standing at the bar to eat. I’m not wasting those vouchers because it was the last day too. I told her I can speak with the manager and explain the situation, but she claim that no one was responding to her walkie talkie. Finally my [cute] boyfriend walked in and spoke to her, essentially saying the SAMETHING I did, and she agreed to bring us to a table upstairs. It’s 11pm now, the kitchen is closed. When we arrived upstairs, lo and behold, the place was practically empty. Tables everywhere. Seats untaken. Benches free. No reservations sign anywhere in sight. Basically she just stalled us til 11pm [when the kitchen closes] and then brought us upstairs [to an empty club with vacant tables everywhere, small and big]. We then explained the situation to the manager and he was able to honor our vouchers. Bottom line: It has good music and a dope view. I had a pretty crappy experience and most likely would avoid this place again.

Over priced and snobby. Food was not worth the price and did not taste good at all. I regret ordering food on a Saturday night. However, for drinks on the terrace, it’s worth trying the place. It has a very beautiful view on the downtown area.

This place is really happening. 5th floor overlooking a nice part of the downtown area. very good music, Terrace and a good food. Good for group gatherings and outings. The food is good though in small portions; would recommend the crab rolls, cold cuts and oysters platter. The braised beef is also a recommendation. I would suggest reserving ahead since they have limited settings and it would be hard to simply walk it. The place is a bit on a dressy side so casual chic is the general attire. Have fun and enjoy, it’s a place to be for food and music afterwards.

The drinks are good, the music is good, the balcony is great, but the crowd is… Something. If you wanna be surrounded by wannabe kardashians and guys that act like they came straight out of «the jersey shore» although they’re creepy late 30s men with high hopes and too much money, then this is the place for you.

Je suis aller que pour le club cette fois là. Même si je suis un peu vieille pour clubber, j’ai adoré cet endroit. Les gens sont beaux, l’ambiance est belle, la musique est super aussi. Super bel endroit et magnifique terrasse. C’est sûre et certain que j’y retourne pour un 5@7 au courant de l’été. Ils offrent aussi de la nourriture. que je vais sûrement essayer éventuellement. Attendez vous à payer un verre aussi simple qu’un Cuba Libre à 11 $.mais bon cela attire une autre type de clientèle :D

We came here to party. Terrible service. The waiter never came to get our order for food. We had a ok cocktail, but nothing stelar. We ended heading to the chinatown to eat. I would recommend their nice terasse if they fix the service.

Fell in love with this place the first time I went. We were a big group and ordered bottles and drinks on a Saturday night. Both bartenders & waiters were professional and fast. Though, last night was quite different; I was there with one of my girlfriend at Happy Hour time and the waitress kinda just… sucked. I usually spend a good amount of money when I go out to eat/have drinks so I expect a minimum of quality service(even though as a customer, whether you spend $ 20 or $ 120, you should ALWAYS get a good service): I had oysters, glasses of wine, more oysters, and a lobster roll. She did not even bother to bring me napkins(and everybody knows how messy oysters can get — when you are an oyster freak like me), neither a fork or knife to eat that lobster roll(kinda hard to eat those big chunks of lobster without looking like a monkey lol, a bit oily, and falling apart, so ya if you do want your customers to look like they have a minimum of manners and class while eating, just bring them a God damn fork and knife…) — SORRY! Isn’t it just the basics?! One oyster smelled bad so I told the waitress and she just did not do anything about it… charged me for it! Ha! That’s a good one lol Her name was Audrey. So next time you go, just make sure your waitress isn’t Audrey, and bring a bib, just in case: P But overall, this place is amazing, we were just not lucky that night I guess… I will be back :)

The waitress(M.) at our table for nye has serious issues with honesty and lying in the face of customers and asking for extra tips. Which is unacceptable. When we asked to talk to the manager she said he was«too busy for the WHOLENIGHTTOEVENTALKTOUS» but when we found him he never ever got the msg as expected. But when we spoke to the manager and the owner they made it up to us so thats why im giving 3 stars instead of 0. Le service est vraiment ordinaire pour quelqu’un qui travaille au service à la clientèle, nous savons c’est quoi. Mais mentir en pleine face des clients et les prendre pour des cons, c’est sérieusement plus qu’insultant. De plus, pour passer la nouvel an et «avoir une bonne année» merci. Lorsque nous avions demandé de parler au gérant avant de payer nos factures, elle a insisté pour que nous payions car elle doit«fermer les factures» ou je né sais quoi, en me disant«né vous inquiétez pas je vous PROMETS que le manager va venir vous voir dans 15 min max.» Lorsque j’ai vu qu’elle a fini de facturer tous ses clients, 1 minute après, elle est revenue en disant que c’est IMPOSSIBLE de voir le manager, il est TROPOCCUPÉ pour la soirée POURNOUSPARLER. Que nous pouvions attendre à la fin de la soirée et même là, ce n’est pas garantie qu’il serait disponible pour nous voir. Déjà c’est bizarre, puisque la priorité d’un superviseur du service à la clientèle c’est de s’assurer que ses clients sont satisfaits, mais il n’a pas le temps de les rencontrer lorsqu’il y a des problèmes c’est plutôt absurde. Par la suite, les serveuses sont revenues nous chasser de notre table car il y avait une réservation pour notre table à 11h30 et les clients sont arrivés. Nous avions tous dis«…Okay.» Et une 2e serveuse arrive à côté de moi à peine 30 secondes après que la première ait fini sa phrase et me dit«mais vous devez vous levez, car la table est réservée pour d’autres clients. bla bla bla» Je lui ai répondu: mais si vous pouvez vous tasser je pourrais peut-être me lever. vous me bloquez le chemin!!! avec un air très énervé. Par chance, une copine a croisé le gérant et lui a expliqué notre mécontentement. Il était très surpris car évidemment, PERSONNE né l’a avisé, lorsque nous avions demandé de lui parler ENPERSONNE à 2 – 3 employés. En entendant l’entretien, le propriétaire a eu l’amabilité de nous offrir une table pour que nous poussions terminer l’année 2014 en douceur. C’est bien dommage d’avoir une aussi mauvaise expérience à la veille du jour de l’an dû à une serveuse qui voulait se mettre quelques dollars de plus malhonnêtement dans ses poches. De plus sans mentionner que le pourboire était inclus dans le prix tarifaire, mes amies ont donné un tip en surplus puisque le terminal le demandait. Ça n’aurait pas déranger de TIPERDEUXFOIS si le service était bien. Mais malheureusement le service était plus que médiocre. Bref et j’en passé. Cependant je veux souligner que le proprio et le manager sont très à l’écoute de la clientèle une fois qu’ils sont au courant des insatisfactions.

Velvet rope attitude. It’s an aight spot but they’re bringing major meatpacking district list and velvet rope hassle to a city full of gorgeous chill cocktail bars — you can easily do better than this spot.

Bel endroit localisé en plein coeur du Quartier des Spectacles au 5e étage du 2 – 22 Ste-Catherine, le Pandore fait guise de resto/bar/boîte de nuit, l’intérieur est bien aménagé, mais le «plus» est vraiment pour ma part leur petite terrasse avec une vue magnifique sur le Centre-ville et la rue Ste-Catherine. Belle clientèle dans la 30e. Bön service professionnel des barmans. Prix corrects. J’ai vraiment apprécié, on n’a jamais assez d’un endroit comme celui-ci avec terrasse à Montréal, idéal pour les 5@7 et les soirées. Ils sont ouvert seulement du jeudi au samedi, de 16h à 3am. J’y retourne dès que j’ai l’ocassion.

Super belle experience! Décor du bar et terrasse superbes! On a gouté à la pieuvre, au boeuf et à l’agneau. Tous étaient cuits et assaisonnés a la perfection. Le soufflé au chocolat etait waouw! Les cocktails etaient recherchés et délicieux. Finalement, notre serveur, Antony etait une perle! Il était attentionné, connaissait parfaitement le menu et les cocktails. Le pandore une petite oasis bien cachée au milieu de la place des arts.
