Wow. What an annoying company. They called three times to offer me a «free website», even though it was obvious I wasn’t interested from the very first call. They insisted they could help «market» my site, even though I’ve had a website since 2002 and it already shows up on the first page of Google searches. I’m not sure how they were planning to «market» it, since they had no clue what business I’m even in. They said they’d email me and show me the website they had «already made» for me. I never did get any emails from them.
Their incompetence was apparent from the first call: they knew my name and apparently the name of my business, but they had to ask me if I had a website? A simple Google search would have answered that question in seconds, and also given them my email address. I never did get to see the website they had made for me because they couldn’t get my contact info correct. I’ve looked at other websites made by them; they’re pretty much what you’d expect: a Wordpress template with a few generic stock images plugged into it. All for just $ 400 per month! I told them I was paying $ 100 PER YEAR for my site, and they STILL didn’t take the hint.
If you need a nice website, just go to SquareSpace; don’t bother with scam artists who cold call you.

I got a call from this company, and I was told I would get an email sent to me, but I never gotten it. The people are pushy if you don’t buy on the spot. They may do good work but there selling method is entirely wrong.
There were answers that I needed that they did not do well at explaining. This was not the company for me, and I would advise others to watch themselves when dealing with Link Now Media.

Buyer beware!!! In short, there is nothing customized about any of their service without an extremely expensive added cost. Basically, the way their service works is this:
1) A very friendly sales person contacts, promises the WORLD, custom this, custom that, etc.
2) once you sign up, you receive their «terms and conditions»
3) upon inspecting the terms and you find that they have pre-​created website templates for «certain» industries (every single website they create has the EXACT same content!!!).
4) they choose the closest template to match your business (if they don’t have a template for your industry you’re SOL, or you have to pay an additional $ 80/​page for custom content)
5) you are limited to the amount of content and pages that they show you on the initial template. for example, if you are shown 5 pages, then you only get 5 pages. additional pages cost more $$$$$
6) you are limited to only 12 photos in your gallery (or less) additional photo packages cost more $$$$$
7) you are allowed 1 contact form with only 4 fields. additional fields cost $ 15 each
8) they say you’re allowed 1 hr phone time per month with a designer, but the terms only give you 1 hr email time
9) when you finally realize that you’re not interested in their service and try cancelling, their retention department literally ARGUES with you, trying to keep your business.
10) when you finally get annoyed with them and have to repeat cancel my subscription 10 times in a row, they hang up on you.
11) repeat step 10
All in all, if you want any kind of website with the flexibility to edit or add content, any decent support, or even just a website that doesn’t look like the competitor next door, DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE!!! Minimum, you’re looking at walking out the door with 6 months service, 5 pages of content, and 25 pictures for $ 1200. a better investment would be to hire someone and just build custom from the ground up.

these people just called & hung up on me when I asked the young lady what type of company they are. RUDE is what they are!

I was contacted by Linknow Media a few months back — Their representative

, offered the world — saying that he will get our site ranked to the very top of google and will show up on google local on the map. I see that we show up, but not for our category or even our address name!

failed to get our name on google! I had them do two websites

— no where on the search terms does their sites come up. Matter of fact how can they? They are not unique but rather an exact copy of
— they SOLD ME THE EXACT SAME SITE FOR $ 500 a pop! Two months later the sites still dont show up on google — or bing or yahoo. Bad Bad Bad.
Don’t get your site done by them — they will just charge the $ 69 per month local service fee (which they have not delivered) and fail to get any results.

Ultimately they are not able to perform in a market like Phoenix.
unfortunately their abilities to perform fell far short in comparison to the statements were made.
The person who would sign me up said that I would be so happy in the course of five months that end up sending her a bottle of whiskey as a thank you. When I think about the money that I wasted I think I’m the one that needs a whiskey.

We hired this company to design our business website and maintain our service.
There has been nothing but problems and personnel changes as well as excuses, excuses and excuses and nothing gets done or resolved.
The assistant manager is rude, you can’t talk to the owner always in meeting. The manager keeps saying theres nothing she can do that i need to talk to the tech department of which they only have (1) Person named Phil and all they do is make excuse why it isn’t working and blame apple or whom ever the computer manufacturer is!
The web page design took way too long and the website is constantly failing, we have not received any business from it, and we are way down the list on all major search engines. The email never works and you have to reset the server mail everyday and they keep blaming it on our apple and we keep replacing phones and that doesn’t solve anything just a temporary fix.
Bottom line this company is horrible and all about big promises and no results.

I had designed my website on GoDaddy myself and it was a little cheesy to say the least. Then the guys from LinkNow called and did a very professional site for me and it was affordable! Andrew Mendel, Web Designer @ LinkNow Media recently freshened it up and it looks terrific. He also added a moble site. These guys do an amazing job. They are affordable and their work is terrific. I highly recommend them.

I used to have a crappy website and did not know the first thing about how to look good on the web. LInkNow Media called me up and had a prototype first draft already done and looking great. Well with a reasonably priced monthly plan and low cost start up fee well we started a great relationship to a web site that works like an F-​16 fighter jet– Fast, packs a punch and gets lookie-​loos to actually call me to book massages. Gustavo Berdugo is my assigned designer and he rocks, and is very quick to respond to changes I need made every time.

LinkNow Media sales person calls up and offers a really good sounding web site that supposedly can be adapted to almost whatever you want for a fairly cheap price. They charge you $ 499 to set up the web site, then immediately start charging you the $ 49.95 /​mo fee even before the site is up. You have the option to write the site yourself — which is what you thought they would do– or pay them a large fee for writing it for you. The site is very plain and any thing you ask them to do with the site they say «that will be another $ 400 /​year to do that». The site can not be accessed properly from mobile devices — unless you want to pay another $ 400/​year. The programmer says it takes 7 days for any changes to the site you want — like removing the map of Quebec from the site and replacing it with a map of Texas to show where we are located. Then you have to resubmit changes on anything he did that you do not like and wait while they are charging you $ 49.95 /​mo for a site that is awful and that you are ashamed to have your name on for everyone to see on the web.
We would like our money back and not have anything more to do with LinkNow Media but they refuse to give us our money back. We are very dissatisfied with LinkNow Media. We wish we had never heard of LinkNow Media. We recommend that you run from them and do not let them talk you into using their inept services.

They called me to offer their web services for my father’s website, but then just hanged up on me when I mentioned that we are not interested and asked them not to call us again. All because they had not bothered to check if we need a website (already have) or any SEO work (already a few first positions in Google).
I am not their customer and not likely to become one — so why should they bother being polite?
