With more than 230 differents spirits, we offert all cain of cocktails. Classic to homemade recipes, we have about 500 differents cocktails!

History
Established in 2008.
Fabien Maillard always been a crazy one behind the bar! He decides to open the Lab, comptoir à cocktails for having a place to do what he was passionate about. Flairbartending, good cocktails and good service been his keys words. He becomes ones of the best bars in Canada, really well know in US and France and one of the best spot in Montréal.

Fabien Maillard M.
Business Owner
Born in November 1976, Fabien always wanted to be in restauration.
He graduated first as a Chef from the school Edmont-Labbée, back in France.
One night, he was sit at the classic TGI Friday’s looking at the crazy flairbartender behind the bar making cocktails and flair and realise that this will be his career.
Since 1996, he never stop to look for the perfection of flair, flavor and services.
