We can now offer a generous Sushi list and Kitchen menu full of Natural Organic Vegetables & Proteins designed around sugar free brown rice, Quinoa, Kamut, and Spelt foundations. We have now launched a Gluten Free Tempura Menu! Our dessert kitchen now lists Sugar & Gluten free Chocolate Fondant, sorbets & ice creams.
Our intention is to be able to offer and reach out to patrons who wish to enjoy and pursue a Healthy and Conscious life style and not forgo the satisfaction of great Tastes to achieve these ends.

History
Established in 1995.
Kaizen Sushi Bar & Restaurant is celebrating its 19th Anniversary this August 2014. Kaizen has long been renown for setting the Bar for the Best Sushi & Freshest Seafood in Montréal, having been a pioneer of Sushi & Japanese cuisine in Montréal.‘s food landscape. Kaizen has been voted «Best Japanese Restaurant & Sushi Bar» in Mtl. for the last 15 years by the annual survey of the Montréal Mirror’s Best of Mtl. reader’s poll. Fresh Meats & Fish (Organic & Sustainable where possible) are the collective mantras of Master Chef Keitaro-san, who presides over the Kitchen & Sushi Bar. Kaizen has been chosen for the Award of Excellence by Wine Spectator magazine, 1 of 3 Japanese restaurants in North America to be awarded this honor. House sommelier Cassady Sniatowsky will help you define the wines & sakes particularly best suited for any our menus. Kaizen’s next chapter is to pioneer an approach to a «Healthy Food Consciousness» free of processed Sugars & a menu of Gluten free options
