Sonia Lévesque Design offers fashion collections, stylist services and made to measure couture for curvy women who prefer trendy designer quality. We cater exclusively to sizes 14 and up — collections range 0X to 5X. All made in Montréal, Canada.

History

Established in 2001.

With a B.B.A. in Marketing from HEC Montréal and a D.E.C. in Fashion Design from LaSalle College under her belt, Sonia Lévesque’s passion for fashion took flight in 1994. Several years followed, working in the industry, of which she spent 6 years as a teacher of Fibers & Textiles at the Design Academy of Montréal and 3 years as a costume maker for Cirque du Soleil.

Sonia Lévesque has offered her made to measure and fitting services for a private clientele since 1997. With all her expertise in pattern making, fitting and understanding the specific needs of her clients, she decided to specialize and only cater to Plus Sizes as of 2001.

In fall of 2013, her inner entrepreneur took a big leap and she, at last, offers up exclusive ready to wear collections in Plus Sizes :
