Definetely a place to visit! After trying many salons around Montréal, I finally found The Right One! Everyone is friendly, courteous, and professional, the level of service is outstanding! No matter for what you are there for(haircut/colour/set/consultation/buying products) You don’t feel like a number, they take time to talk to you, listen to your needs and suggest something! They also have a variety of professional products for good prices! It is that type of salon that wont disappoint you! From now on, I am a loyal customer to them ;)

Will not be going back. The first person who greeted me was friendly. However the lady who washed my hair barely said a word to me other than to ask me to move my bag. Cassandra who cut my hair looked like she was in a rush. Very unfriendly attitude, never offered me a refreshment, not that I go for the coffee but if all your colleges are offering it to their clients it would be nice to be offered. She also kept leaving throughout my 10 minute haircut to take appointments with other clients. I was not getting a ‘mise en plis’ so she half dried my hair and didn’t brush it out after. I was almost embarrassed stepping out of their salon and had to properly fix my hair when I got home.

I’ve been here only twice, but the level of service is absolutely fantastic, The hairdressers are friendly, professional, and definitely experienced. You are in good hands. The salon is beautiful and clean as well. The second time I went, I had a new hairdresser named Cassandra. She is probably my favorite hairdresser. Made me coffee, started conversation, really really approachable, and also KNEW what she was doing! Actually getting my haircut again this coming week by the same girl because I like her so much!
