Français Après. I missed my bus stop and I had to walk back and at the same time did some recon for the dinner my friends and I were about to get. First the best part: Shopping, in a weird coinscidence I stopped in front of that store and really thought it would be a nice place to start our shopping with the limited budget I had.(Damn Christmas). There’s amazing selection of Paté, Chorizo, Boudin, Andouillette, and all those old school French Classic. Not only it’s Old school but it very well done and with no additional conversative agents and naturally done. There’s also a nice grocery section with lot of stuff I had never seen: Like French Sparkling water with lemon but that one is like, freaking addictive. Also they have baby seal, Kangouru, Game meat and Big Game but also the Classic. They serve Spanish Chorizo which is different from the Argentinian one. But one of the thing I got used to when I was young was Boudin Noir. My father would make some and later I would find the difference while completing culinary school of how much better an home made one is sssooo much better. They have great variety of that too. IT’s a must see. Je suis descendu 5 arrêts trop loin et en remontant vers ma destination j’ai remarqué une boucherie française qui semblait avoir pas mal de viandes impossible à trouver normalement… comme quoi? Du Loup-Marin(Bébé phoque), du Kangourou, des Chorizo frais maison à l’espagnole(versus le traditionnel chorizo argentin), de l’Andouillette, et puis tout le reste(Gibier, Volaille). Ah oui, petit bonus, le tout est fait naturellement et sans additif. Mon truc préféré, le boudin noir et le boudin martiniquais(un peu plus piquant que le boudin noir normal). C’est juste délicieux quand on trouve un endroit ou le boudin maison est simplement extraordinaire. Pour les amateur de truffes noire, du boudin noir à la Truffe. Ils ont une sélection de fromage surtout français et suisses et des produits d’épiceries que j’n’avais jamais vu ailleurs. C’est un bijou cet endroit.
