This is a must try if you’re in Mont-Tremblant for the first time. Fresh, hot, Canadian maple syrup poured out on ice to harden slightly so you can roll it into a maple pop. It’s a little like toffee — very sweet, very sticky, very chewy, and very delicious. I couldn’t finish mine because it was so sweet. My boyfriend on the other hand devoured his in full + finished mine for me. They also have soft serve ice cream with maple syrup swirled in that i’m dying to try, but apparently only during the spring/summer season :(

Went there with my children and the guy that poured maple syrup gave 3 of 4 kids normal amount and accidentally poured ½ the normal amount for my kid and he wouldn’t add more to give what I paid for. We have been there three times before was treated much nicer before.

This is just one of those things you have to try at least once. It’s $ 2.50 to get a stick of maple taffy on snow, which isn’t too bad. The staff working in the store are very friendly. They will give you a popsicle stick and then pour the syrup on the snow(in a big tub outside the store) before instructing you to place your stick on the syrup and wait 45 seconds before rolling the taffy. It’s good fun if you go with a group or if you have kids, as it is very interactive. The taffy is incredibly sweet though, so it’s not something I would personally get again, but still an experience I would recommend. I didn’t spent too much time in the store itself, but I believe they have a lot of other great maple treats for sale!

Not far from the bottom of the mountain, you won’t be able to miss this little shack filled with maple goodies. They sell a ton of maple candies, syrups, butters, cookies, and so on, but they are most known for their hot maple taffy, which they pour onto fresh snow, and you roll onto a popsicle stick yourself. It’s only a couple of dollars and will definitely satisfy that sugar craving. But be warned — if you don’t eat it quickly, it will turn into a dripping, horribly sticky mess. Great treats for those with a sweet tooth and the taffy on snow is worth the purchase, especially if you’ve never had it before.

This is such a cute place for all things related to maple syrup and the Maple Taffy is a delicious and inexpensive treat in this otherwise pricey village($ 2.50). I wish that the rest of their treat were as wallet friendly, because they sure looked yummy and interesting.

The maple candies here are addicting… First trip to Tremblant I purchased the $ 10 bag which gives you 40 candies… On this past trip? I got myself 2 more of those bags(i AM sharing with coworkers…)!! I also bought a bottle of their maple syrup but haven’t tried it yet. I must say though, if you’re at the cabane and have a sweet tooth? definitely spend the $ 2.50 for the Tire. Delicious piping hot maple taffy poured on fresh snow, add a stick, wait 30 seconds and then start rolling. You then get yourself a handmade gooey lollipop that’s delicious, just the right amount of sweet and just so GOOD! Service is friendly and prices aren’t outrageous considering they’re right in the village on the resort. I am in LOVE :)
