I am a car stereo amateur. So When I came in I was expecting the staff to ask me questions about what I wanted in order to decide on which unit to buy. The staff did not provide me various units to pick from, just one option. I did some research and found more options available at other places. So, I would prefer more salesmanship and educate the customer more to ensure the customer is well informed.
The place I love is called Advanced Mobile Entertainment in north Mississauga. Much better service and salesmanship.

Met Joe a wonderful guy got me an appointment immediately. Did what I needed done quickly and efficiently at a great price, would highly recommend

Just got a dvd stereo for my car. Price is almost 20% higher than best buy and futureshop. Install was quick but my dashboard panel had a nick/​dent from the install. I was expecting more from the price I paid. Staff was knowledgeable about the product but for the price I paid, i should have gotten better service. I cant recommend them for the price and service I received. Only thing was it wAs a «quick» service.

Great on the phone. They installed a satellite radio purchased at a different store. They were quick and did a phenomenal job. 100% better than I could ever hope to do. While I was waiting I noticed how the manager spoke with the customers. He really knows his stuff and is very approachable.

Amazing service. Joe is very knowledgeable and he always tried his best to accommodate you. My STI came with one of the worse factory stereos I have ever hear; only good for AM radio. Love my system now, perfect for the type of music I enjoy.

I recently purchased a system from Ultra Audio Sound. A JL amp, Focal in the front and 2 big honkin’ subs that took up my entire back seat. I had heard good things about Joe and Ultra and he assured me that they could deliver a kickin’ sound for my budget of $ 3000.00. Sadly, IMHO and considering the money spent, I received a very sub-​standard (pun intended) sound system. The sound had zero mid range, zero bass and no richness to the highs or lows. It was all tin and sub. With the subs turned down, it sounded like my granny’s transistor radio, lol. When I discussed this with the owner (?) of UAS, indicating that the factory sound in my mini van sounded better, he scoffed at me that it did not sound better than my mini van. (Haha, yes it did) Joe indicated that the problem could be dealt with the following week. At that point I lost confidence in UAS and their ability to deliver what they said they could within my $ 3000.00 budget. I went to Future Shop and had ‘Biggie’ add a couple of Infinity 6×9’s and a single boxed sub, that sounds great in the trunk, still lots of room and freed up my back seat again. It sounds a lot better but there is still no real delivery from my Focals in the front. Ultra did refund my money for the 2 JL subs and the $ 300.00 cost of the (back seat stealing) sub box, which covered the cost of my Future shop bill. I think if I had gone to Future Shop first, I may have received better value for my money and been happier with the system that I currently have.

Amazing place. Dropped by to see about radio, was given exceptional service and 1 hour later, new car radio and service that exceeded all my expectations!

Awesome place to get car audio work done.
Work that is done quick, but not done in a shoddy fashion.
Not stuck up about brands or sales. Very friendly, and willing to work with you on ideas.
So far Ive had my headunit, subwoofer and amp installed. Going back for my new amp and rewiring of my component speakers in a few weeks. They are also going to let me try a few different subs to get a feel for what will work.
