I’ve been having a difficult time finding affordable work clothes all week until I checked out Tommy Hilfiger. The deals were great! V-neck sweaters were 50% off and another sweater I got was 40% off. The store is neat and tidy as well. However, staff didn’t seem friendly as they kept to themselves and just folded clothes. No one was watching over the fitting rooms so I just went in. There was only one cashier so checking out was a very slow process. Tommy lost a star for their lack in service. However, I’ll still come back because it’s so close to home and the deals are great.

Another big box clothing store in the Heartland Outlet centre and even though it’s an ‘outlet’, it really isn’t. If you head over to Square One and go into the Tommy Hilfiger store, it’s the exact same layout, feel, and price! Sure there’s a few random racks with discounts but it’s quite minimal. You’ll have better luck waiting it out for The Bay sales on the brand than this store itself.
Service here is non-existent. I’ve been into this store a few times times each year and I’ve never been greeted or helped by anyone. That being said, there is never a line up at the cashier as well but that is because there’s hardly any shoppers. It’s not from efficient service.
The quality of these clothes are average with slightly above average pricing. The styles are preppy and business casual. It’s like everyone here came from a cubicle farm in here.
If you’re a fan of the brand, you’ll probably love this store but for the rest of us, I’d pass.

This is a Tommy Hilfiger outlet location at Heartland Town Centre, the store is of average size with lots of women wandering around grabbing everything off the racks because they have nothing better to do with their time. This store has clothing for the whole family but it is mostly picked over. You also need time and patience to go through the store and when you find something you like you have have to haunt to find it in your size because people leave items all over the store and the staff are already busy trying to keep up and keep the store organized. Everything in the store is discounted.
