This is the first Business that I rated 1 Star since I have been Unilocaling. We needed to buy a new couch after moving in to a new place to maximize our space we decided to choose a Sectional. After looking in several different stores and not finding anything that we were wowed about, one night while visiting some friends, we asked where they got their sectional because it was very comfortable, sturdy and it looked great, they told us they bought at the Brick. We then decided to go there and buy the same one, but in a different colour. When we first arrived, the sales person was very helpful. She informed that they were on backorder of that specific colour and that they would call us 7 days from then to set up the delivery. We paid for the sectional and one week pass, no call. Finally two days later we called to ask where our couch was, they told us it was still on backorder and it was going to take another week. WHAT? they couldn’t even call us to let us know? Seriously? We now find out that they don’t know when it’s going to come in. We were planning to host an event and now we can’t because we don’t have enough seats for our guests. Right during the holidays, you’d think they get their facts right before promising a date that keeps changing. I do love that couch, but am not impressed with their lack of communication.

Worst furniture store by far. No return for furniture even if they are in the box. As soon as the sales person figures you are not buying and you need customer service no one helps you. Furniture styles never changes. No new model coming to the store. It was a mistake shopping from Brick. Never doing it again.

Absolutely the worst store I’ve ever had to deal with. I’ve I purchased my item in the beginning of August and am still waiting for it to be delivered. After speaking to numerous sexist managers and insulting csr’s I still don’t have my sofa nor have I received my money back even though a manager threaten to cancel my order. The brick is run more as a criminal enterprise then a retail one and should seriously be investigated for some shady business practices.

Its another brick folks… nothing much. This location is smaller than the one on Dixie in Mississauga. I have purchased a small fridge and a single mattress. The service was alright but there are not much items in each category to choose from. You are better off searching for warehouse for furniture.

False Advertising and sales tactics. Bought 5 appliances 5 years ago and was offered to purchase 5 year Full circle warranty. I was told by the account manager that we can get the credit back after 5 years if we were to not use the warranty service within the first 5 years in the form of gift cards of any denomination etc. Well called them today a month before 5 years and found that since we bought 5 appliances the warranty cost of a $ 100 on each appliance can only be used towards 1 item or package one at a time so in other words if you like a package deal you only get a $ 100 credit towards the price of the package and will have to pony up the taxes on the $ 100 that you are receiving credits against. + We only have 3 months to claims + We can only claim Furniture, Mattresses & Accessories So within the last half an hour I spoke to three Customer service representatives provided different information perhaps they were easing me into not getting irate by each telling me the irritating terms of the warranty refund.

There is a new Sherif in town. Her name is Kim store manager. Kim is more interested in making sure you know she is the boss, instead trying to resolve your issue. STAYAWAY from this location, the service is garbage, once they have your money they don’t care, your done… just ask Kim

It’s alright. They have the standard stuff and some eager salesmen ready to «help» you as soon as you walk in the door. I have bought furniture from The Brick out west and have been completely happy with the items from the company. This location is only 2-stars though because as far as price goes, I’ve experienced better. I went in the other day during their«massive sale» and quite frankly, didn’t find anything to be a deal. So… yeah… 2-stars.

It doesn’t matter how helpful the salesperson was or how nice the furniture we got, the customer service after we paid was TERRIBLE! We were told that we’d get a phone call in mid-April to tell us when our furniture is in stock. No such call was received. I called Customer Service to ask when our furniture was to be delivered. They gave us a date and said the truck driver will call to confirm exact time. On the date of delivery, no one called. I called Cust Serv again. They told me that we weren’t on the delivery schedule. I was livid and demanded a credit to my account. They credited us $ 100. They also said that our furniture is coming into the warehouse in a few days and we should get a phone call in the next few days. We got the call. On the delivery date, the truck driver called to let me know when they’re coming. They came and flopped the furniture in the middle of the living room and bedroom and then left. They were supposed to assemble and take all the packaging away! Don’t get me wrong, we love our furniture but after the horrendous customer service we won’t buy from this Brick location ever again.
