Business Owner
Austrian trained Pastry Chef, worked in various 4 and 5 Star Hotels in Austria and Switzerland before moving to Canada in 1987. Worked at Movenpick until 1992 and opened Apricot Tree café in 1993.
Added a second restaurant in 2010 as Bistro Narra.
