A friend was interested in leasing a retail/​office space that Tariq has listed. He wasn’t able to personally show us the space so he gave us permission to enter the premises using the lock box code he provided. The code to the lock box did not work so we called him but were either put on hold or was hung up on not once but four times!
After finally getting through to him, we asked if he could get someone to let us in because we were becoming impatient waiting (which it seemed) in vain. Finally he tells us: «business is slow and nobody wants to go there» — huh? What kind of real estate agent says that??? o₀
Clearly we weren’t worth his time.
