Swiss Chalet Rotisserie & Grill

Took my parents here who are long time Swiss Chalet patrons and they loved it. Chicken was fresh and not greasy, service was friendly and helpful, even though it’s not a full service location. This will be my go to spot when I’m craving Swiss Chalet.

Of all the Swiss Chalet locations I’ve visited, this is the one that I and my family have frequented the most.
We’ve been going to this location ever since it opened in the late 90s/​early 00s (whenever Credit Landing Shopping Centre opened). Many businesses have passed through that centre, but this restaurant (and Loblaws) are the only two that have really acted as anchors. No matter when you go, you’re bound to have a great experience.
(It probably helps that I consider the owner a friend too.)
The atmosphere is always very peaceful, and you’ll almost always get quick service, sometimes impossibly so, while ordering. I remember one instance where we ordered and barely sat down at our table before our meals were delivered a couple minutes later. The service is always impressive, and you can always see people work behind the counter flitting around staying organized.
The food;s always on point, and I can only think of one instance offhand (my mother running across a bone in a chicken club wrap, which was replaced immediately once we notified a server) where we had a less-​than-​stellar experience. The Family Pak is still one of the best deals you can get around.
I don’t have a bad thing to say about the place. I’ve been coming here for years, and I plan to continue going for many years to come.

The service level is very good. They are quick and nice. They are also organized.
There is always deals, suggestion is sign up for email deals. No printing required, just have it ready on your phone.
The quality is consistent with the Swiss Chalet standards.
This locations is an Express location which has a nice dining space.
Refill on sodas available.
You can also order in advance and pick up or get it delivered.
Another good Swiss Chalet experience.
