Customer service here is awesome. Staffs are knowledgable & extremely helpful. They don’t creepily follow you around like most retail stores or shyly ask if you need anything. During my visits, the sales people here walked right up & offered help with confident. If I was still unsure what product to buy, a different staff would come over & offer more help. Also the big kitten that they let roam freely around the store is a big bonus as well. Very smart & lovable. Great buying experience overall.

It’s a new and clean store. Lots of products, staff is friendly. But the main attraction remain the owner’s two border collies that are super gorgeous and super smart. They will bring you the ball so you play with them. I love this store.

Great selection of pet’s supplies. I love the newer Pet Valu a lot since they are a lot more spacious and their merchandise always set up in a way that is much easier for browsing!
Self Served Dog Wash at the back with 2 stations so there is never a wait if your dog needs a quick wash.
Staff is so friendly and helpful. (patiently looking at the photos of my dog and give me some advice about how to make his washing experience better!)
