My recent dinner party was a success — amazing food by Chef! We worked together to customize the menu, and some of my requests (elk sausage pizza, and a pasta with a pear chutney) were ones that Chef and his team had not made before. His interpretation of both was fantastic — better than my expectations (and better than the originals). My black cod was a tad peppery for my taste, but everything else was amazing!!! Dinner party was for 11 guests — everyone enjoyed their dinner, in the comfort of my home. Thank you to Chef and his team.
