Was there today morning. Looking for a dress shoe for my 3 year old son. The one that was a fit was on display, was dirty with some scratch marks. When we requested assistant from a associate for an alternate pair from back room, came back with a mini lecture about how Winners sells only one pair and that’s all one can buy and similarly that’s how Payless is and don’t carry any back room. I wasn’t impressed with the tone and customer service. Wish they approached the request in a pleasant manner. Not going to visit this store at this location hereafter.
