Park’N Fly

I recently used the valet service and was generally happy. A very easy and stress free way to travel. The shuttle divers and desk associates are all very helpful.
I would have given a 4 star rating, however the detailing service I added did not meet my expectation. When I got my car back, it was cleaner than when I had left it, but they seemed to have missed spots on the body, windows and mirrors were cleaned properly. For some reason they decided not to clean the corners of my windshield and side mirrors.
I would use the parking service again. I will leave the cleaning to others who take a little more care.

No issues at all. Very convenient when traveling. They are also helpful when you need a booster, if ever your car battery dies because of the cold temperature.

Having read many of the other reviews on here, it is possible that I simply got a little lucky and had a positive experience. I parked at the Selfpark lot for 6 days and I had no issues with pickup or drop off from the shuttles. The lot was rather full and we had to park further out into the lot but luckily we didn’t have to wait long for a shuttle. The shuttles were prompt to pick us up from both the parking lot on departure and on return at the airport, no more than a 5 – 10 minute wait for both (no inclement weather on either day which probably helps). I think we were fortunate that the shuttle was mostly empty since it would have passed much of the lot prior to arriving at our bus shelter. The drivers were a little grouchy but they did their jobs fine There was a heavy snow in Toronto the day prior to picking up my car but the lot was plowed and I was able to access my vehicle easily. Many people seem to complain about the coupon barcodes not scanning but Air Transat provided a coupon code that I could enter in that was no problem at all. Overall a positive experience though the rating could be improved if service was improved and they were able to provide more information on where to park, when the next shuttle is coming, etc.

Quick, easy, convenient and stress free is exactly how I would describe Park’N Fly at Toronto’s Pearson airport. I like the Economy lot, located a 5 minute shuttle ride from Pearson this lot provides tons of parking so you never have to worry about not finding a good spot and plenty of overhead lighting to keep the lot well light at night. I’ve found the shuttles here to be quite quick and never had to wait more than a couple minutes for a lift to the terminal. Shuttle drivers are always pleasant and quick to help loading and unloading baggage.

The valet here is operated by what seems like children on a bumper car ride at an amusement park.
I used them a while back. When I got back from my vacation, my car was damaged. Some idiot drove right into something and busted the grill and was too cowardly to step up and say they did it. They put the broken piece in the cup holder of my car.
They gave me the run around, pretending that they would pay to fix it but then they said they couldn’t find who damaged it and wouldn’t fix it. They made me spend a day getting different quotes for nothing. I had to take unpaid time off work to run around town getting quotes in hopes they would fix it.
They asked me to sign something saying that they’re not liable for the damage and that they could fix it as a courtesy even though they don’t need to or some crap like that. Don’t sign it! Your insurance won’t like it. Your insurance will probably win anyway so you don’t need to go through these crooks to fix the damages. It’s better you don’t sign the sheet they ask you to sign their liability away in order to go through with fixing it. They’re dishonest and won’t fix it and what you’ll have in the end is a busted car and they’ll have your signature of you signing off and saying they’re not liable. You could still try to fight it if you did sign that because I’m not sure how well that would hold up in court.
I had to go through insurance and get about $ 2k worth of damage claimed. Luckily in the end, my insurance company beat their insurance company in court and I was refunded my deductible.
They’re the worst. Don’t use their service. If you don’t use valet you’ll be waiting a long time for a shuttle. If you use valet you’ll get a shuttle fairly quickly but might come home to a busted up car. It’s cheaper and smarter to take an airport cab.
This was one of the worst companies I have ever dealt with. You are much better off not using them if you like not coming home to a damaged car.

I *was* going to leave 5 stars for the Valet service but then we discovered an almost full bottle of ibuprofens was missing from our car that I desperately needed when we got back from our long trip overseas. Tsk, tsk. I have hip arthritis and could only take so many with me for the days I was gone. They were carefully counted. They left the acetaminophin, thank goodness. I was able to sleep that night. Thanks for not stealing more stuff.

One of the longest waits for the shuttle to arrive and pick you up. We parked when 2 almost empty shuttles left (one right after another), parked the car and then waited for more about (or more) 30 minutes for next shuttle to arrive. So be prepared to wait. Come here at least 50 min before you want to be at the airport, or you might be rushing to your flight.

We have used Park’N Fly Valet many times in the past but were extremely disappointed with the service on this occasion. The bus trip to and from the terminal was fine but the experience on our way back to the valet lot was the main issue. We went inside to the building at the valet lot and used a self check machine to pay our valet fee. Halfway through the self check service the machine couldn’t process our payment which meant we had to wait in the line to talk to a real person. After the payment issue, we waited for nearly 10 minutes waiting for our car to be dropped off. As we entered the vehicle we found half a grilled cheese sandwich sitting on the floor in front of the passenger seat! We were disappointed with the result of our clean car being turned into a dump. My experience was very poor and could have been better in many ways.

This brief update maintains the same star rating now that I’ve had a chance to experience the Valet service. Valet may be pricier but it far and away the most stress free way to navigate the potentially stressful «getting to the airport» conundrum. Easy check-​in, easy check-​out, you leave your car in a lane with the keys in and you receive a text message instantly which you simply respond to when you land and presto — your car is waiting on your arrival.
The Valet service earns them a 5 star in my books, however I was tempted to downgrade them further after paying for the optional detailing service which you can have done so your car is clean on your arrival. It really wasn’t the best job, and I can’t say I would recommend this or purchase it again in the future.
My car, while cleaned well and tires polished outside, was still just as dirty inside, in fact the paper mats seemed to be put OVER the existing dirt and vacuuming was done quickly but not deep. Also, salt and dirt scuffs on doors and foot areas were still there from before, never even touched.
So on second thoughts I will downgrade my overall experience to a ³⁄₅ since, the Valet and their past customer service warrants them note-​worthy, but the cleaning service and past experiences level things off overall as an A-​OK.

The customer service is excellent. The shuttles run frequently, the prices are reasonable and the location options are perfect. We’ve used Valet in the past but the Economy lot is the one we now choose as it’s right by the 401 E on-​ramp which is exactly where we need to be. Highly recommend.

I’ve used park n fly a few times now. Frugal me always uses the economy lot, booked online in advance to get the coupon to use on exit. Those wishing to pay more can drive in without a coupon and pay full blow. At the parking lot itself, the entry and exit process is fully automated and intuitive, which is nice, and it works as it should. The shuttle bus arrives as promised and drops you right at the appropriate terminal entrance. I’m only docking a star because the parking lot is in need of a fresh pave job and because the last shuttle driver drove as though the bus was a Ferrari.

Easy. Convenient. Inexpensive (print a coupon before you go online). Lovely customer service and pleasant drivers. A few minutes away from the airport with frequent shuttles (under 8min between them).

Park N Fly has been my go-​to parking facility whenever I fly off Pearson. I don’t find the Self Park Lot significantly better than the Economy Lot, so for me, it is Economy Lot or airport onsite parking.
The Economy Lot is quite inexpensive for a week of parking if one prints a coupon online beforehand ($ 52 taxes included). I have waited up to 15 minutes for a shuttle occasionally. The Valet Parking shutter is supposed to be within 8 minutes, but I have never tried.
The coolest thing is the 1 hour grace period. I have had an experience that the 1 week deal ended at 6pm, but we departed the lot at 6:52pm. The machine did not charge us for the extra 52 minutes. In contrast, the grace period at airport parking is 20 minutes only.

I have used Park’N Fly as my primary airport parking source for a little over two years. If you travel a lot for business it is definitely worth it for the sole reason of collecting the points for when you go on a vacation.
Traditionally my experiences here have been uneventful, but today unfortunately different.
Normally I log into the Park’N Fly website prior to my trip to ensure my account is updated with my forthcoming travel plans. The day I tried just about a week before my departure the website was down. Fair enough, it happens, and the company was updating its customers on Twitter. Next day, still down. 3^rd day, still down. I was starting to get worried. If you book too close to your trip you are ineligible for the discount.
I looked on the website for a corporate phone number; nothing. The only phone numbers are for the individual locations. So I called the Toronto Valet number; no answer. Called again; nothing. Now I am starting to get frustrated.
Finally two days before my trip, the site was back up and I was able to prepare my documents.
I arrive on the Friday morning and have everything ready to use the quick check-​in, annnnnd the machines are down.
So I am forced to wait 20 minutes in line and am not happy about the situation. When I get to the counter there is a man I haven’t seen working at Park’N Fly Valet before. He doesn’t say, «Hello», or even greets me with a smile; fine everyone is entitled to their bad days.
I attempt to give him my rewards card to expedite the process as all my travel info is in their system. He ignores me, and asks for my plate number. I say, «If you pull up my account, all the details are in your system.» He ignores me again, «Plate number?» he asks.
«Alright…» I say and give him my plate number.
«What airline is your return trip?» he asks. Now, as I am flying for business my return flight itinerary was booked by our Executive Assistant and I haven’t paid much attention. Furthermore the details are on my computer, which is off, and packed deep in my bag.
«Umm.» I stutter. «I’ve never been asked that here before, do you need it.»
«Yes. «What airline is your return trip?» he asked.
I’m a bit taken back, as this gentlemen clearly was utterly uninterested with providing any bedside manor today. I start fumbling through my phone looking for into.
«I’m sorry, I am not sure.» I said. He simply looks at me, and does nothing. Waiting for me to do something. I keep looking in my phone. Again, cannot find anything.
«Do you not know your return flight?» He asks.
«I’m sorry, I can’t find it. Why do I need it?»
«We need it» he responds.
I realize I am not getting anywhere with this clerk, and the long line behind me is starting to mutter about the situation. I cut my losses and pull the manager card
«Can I speak to your manager?» I ask.
He looks at me without any emotion and then motions to his boss.
Instantly the experience changes. Happy smile, «Hi, how are you today! How can I help!»
Within seconds the entire situation was cleared and I had my information. Turns out you don’t need the return airline to check-​in (duuhhhh).
The manager had the clerk print out my ticket, and I swear he threw it on the counter. No «goodbye» or «thank you» just a loud «NEXT»

It left a sour taste in my mouth. If it wasn’t for the Manager saving the day, it would have been a total loss.

Excellently affordable, just a little out of your way — this place makes long term parking a breeze.
First time users might find it a tad confusing — but it’s really not.
The valet service is really not necessary. The coupons online make it even better and cheaper.

Got a double upgrade with a coupon so we ended up at the VIP. Staff was a bit slow but nice. Took a bit to figure out how the system worked and when we were on our way back, the bus took a long time to get there.
However, they do their job well and my car was waiting for me with the engine running when i got there.

FAN-​FRIGGIN-​TASTIC experience.
We parked at the economy lot at 626 Dixon Road; we buzzed in to ask when the next bus would come, the polite person on the other end told us 10 minutes and sure enough the bus came within that time and the driver gave us a little paper with our spot number circled and instructions for when we came back. Upon our return we went to the designated spot, got picked up immediately and were driven safely to the lot. The driver happily dropped us off close to our car rather than at the shelter and helped with our baggage. Our battery was dead so we buzzed in and not 30 seconds later the nice service guy came and boosted the car in record time. This was our first time using Park ‘n Fly and we will certainly use it again. With the coupon you can print on-​line it is far more economical than a taxi. Maybe we’ll even splurge for valet next time!

This is my go-​to spot for airport parking near Toronto-​Pearson. There are 3 lots available: the very expensive valet lot, self-​park, and economy. Self-​park and economy are pretty similar, though I recall self-​park being a little more expensive. Economy is further away than self-​park for sure. Economy is around $ 38/​week, which is way cheaper than taking a taxi both ways.
On the way in, take your printed parking ticket with barcode. You can either place it in your car in a safe place, but don’t put it on the dashboard. You’ll need it when you leave. I suggest removing anything visible that looks valuable, like a GPS or your garage door opener. The location is fairly sketchy. On the way out, scan your ticket, then your rewards card, then the discount coupon, then your credit card.
The economy lot is a pain when it rains. There isn’t proper drainage, so rain forms pools of water. The shuttle buses usually come by every 15 minutes, unless it’s very busy, in which case the shuttle bus driver should call for backup if they’re too full to pick you up.
A few tips:
1. Enroll in the rewards program to earn Aeroplan miles.
2. Visit the Park’n Fly website to print a coupon. It will save you a substantial amount of money.
3. When parking, take note of which area your car is in. There are signs by the road that indicate the location (e.g. B95). This is different than the shelter location (e.g. B11). It’s important to write down both otherwise you’ll end up like me and arrive at the right shelter but walk around until you can find your car in the sea of cars.
4. If you want a guaranteed spot on the shuttle bus, walk to the shelter closest to the entrance.

Park’NFly. Not so fly.
We tried Park’N Fly for the first time last week, and it was a disaster. I don’t know how we didn’t have a heart attack; alas, I kept my cool although with us being the only ones there, it really felt like we were on a deserted island.
We ALMOST missed our flight because we waited not 5, 10 or 15 minutes, but over 30 MINUTES for the Park’N Fly bus to pick us up!!! If the bus had not come when it did, we would have surely missed our flight – and we were there more than early.
On top of that, there were two buses that drove right by us without saying a word. When I pressed for help in our cabin, it was constantly busy and once I finally got through, the non-​chalant representative just informed us it was «slow.» I’m sorry, but TIME is of the essence. Aren’t the buses supposed to come every 10 minutes?
Overall, HORRIBLE experience. The bus driver did not say one word even when we asked why it was so slow.
I don’t think I’ll use Park’NFly ever again. I would rather spend the extra couple of dollars on valet than suffer a premature heart attack.

No one was able to give me a ride to or from the airport. and car services or public transit are not convenient or feasible, so I decide what the heck. I would just drive myself and Park at the airport.
Though parking at GTAA parking seems to be the most convenient. but price is always a factor. at least in my case.
Park ‘n Fly Economy Parking lot really came through, I was able to park my car there for 1 week at $ 40 with the coupon I printed online. In fact it is cheaper than some of those no name Airport parkings.
The shuttle bus shown up promptly, my waits were around 10 minute, which I find really reasonable!
Now I wish I can go away more often for mini vacations! Just drive myself whenever with my packed bag!
