Mighty Jungle Indoor Playground

So the playground itself would probably get 3 stars from me but my experience is what made it a one star. So first about the place.
This is a beautiful small indoor playground, very nicely maintained, clean and beautifully decorated… the lounge area is beautiful. They had some birds right by the cash register and then a huge terrarium with a reptile.
The playground itself is nice, they have a slide going into a ball pit which my kids loved and there is plenty of room to climb and explore. They had plenty of little trike cars but not enough space to use them. There was also a tiny little baby/​toddler area and it included a separate small ball pit.
Two things that I didn’t like about the place is that it had a lot of dark corners and the machine that was keeping the jumping castle pumped up was VERY noisy!
I mean u had to yell to talk to your kids. My girls also didn’t want to even explore the twisted slide part at the back of the playground because it was sooo noisy and dark back there.
As for the experience. I came in right at 9:30am when they open this place. My daughter ran straight for the terrarium to have a look at the reptile and climbed up on the stool that was standing in front of it. Suddenly out of nowhere this boy showed up and started climbing on the same stool and pushing off my daughter. I quickly tried to intervene but my daughter already jumped off and ran away from the boy.
I first realized afterwards that the boy is the staff’s own child, so at first I didn’t think of it much and just thought kids are kids. But this boy wouldn’t leave my daughter alone, he would constantly follow her and butt himself ahead of her on everything. But what made me finally step in was when my daughter was climbing out of the ball pit and he would come up and without provocation nudge my daughter and she fell backwards into the ball pit. I told him that’s enough and also his mother/​staff disciplined him. After that he calmed down a bit but the mother/​staff had to constantly hover over him and prevent incidents. I didn’t leave my kids out of site and good thing the place wasn’t busy because unattended I think that boy would strike again. So definitely not coming back here.
