Luke’s Mower & Machine

I recently purchased a Toro snow blower from Luke’s. They had the unit in stock and the people seemed nice, friendly and knowledgable. I purchased the snow blower, rented a trailer to bring it home. All seem good until the first snow fall when I discovered the snow blower was not set up for use and required setup. I called to ask why the unit was not working and was told to read the manual and finish the setup and tuning myself. This answer was very disappointing expecting that they would have done more than simply take it out of the create. I could have gotten better service from the large box stores.
They offered to pick it up for $ 80.00 and delivery would be an additional $ 80.00 to have work done that should have been done before delivery.
I now have to pay to have the unit tuned and setup complete.
Be careful dealing with this place as they DO NOT stand behind their products and their customer service is dreadful. Save money and buy from A box store at least you can return items.
